SEI was established in 2001 and has become one the UK’s leading independent installers of renewable energy systems. Our reputation for high quality installations and customer service has meant many of our clients have come back to us time and again. This enables us to develop long-term relationships and provide that extra level of customer care.

Health and Safety
SEI maintains the highest standards of health and safety in all of its work.  SEI is experienced in working under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations as both designer, principal contractor and contractor.  Our experienced project managers ensure the smooth running of all installations, regular communication between our site managers, the client and other contractors and the exchange of design and health and safety information.
 
SEI’s Health and Safety Procedures have been audited by BP Solar and is an approved contractor by these organizations.

 Accreditations and Certifications
SEI is committed to providing high quality services to its customers and has been accredited by the following schemes and organisations:

  • SEI is a fully Accredited Installer under the Low Carbon Building Programme Phase 1 and Phase 2.   SEI was also a fully Accredited Installer under previous grant schemes including the Major Demonstration Programme and Clear Skies.
  • SEI has signed the REAL Assurance Scheme for photovoltaics, hydro power and wind installations.

Quality Management
SEI operates a Quality Management System compatible with the recognised international standard, BS EN ISO 9001:2000. SEI has a documented set of procedures and a Quality Policy, as well as an Environmental Policy and maintains a programme of continuous improvement as required under the ISO 9000:2000 standard.
